How much will my lab work cost?

Everest works with your insurance company to coordinate payment of your lab work services. Please contact our billing department at 732-777-9222 to get up-to-date pricing on all in-network or out-of-network services.

How do I know if you accept my insurance?

We accept most insurances. For a complete listing, check out our Accepted Insurances page here. For any additional insurance inquiries, please call 732-777-9222.

Q:

I received a check in the mail for lab work I had done with Everest. What do I do with this?

A:

Some insurance companies mail checks to the patient directly, rather than to the provider. If your insurance company does this, please sign the back of the check and mail it to us with the explanation of benefits (EOB) at the below address. You can also cash the check and write a personal check to us if you prefer.

Yes, we are. Excel Medical Laboratory Inc. is now DBA (Doing Business As) Everest Medical Laboratory with the same address and phone numbers.
